Job summary

Atlas Franchise is hiring for an Assistant Manager to guide the team, assist daily operations, and help deliver exceptional customer service. You will be active in preparing sandwiches, upholding company culture, and supporting shift leadership with a focus on safety and teamwork.

We seek energetic individuals, with at least 1 year of team leadership experience in food service, who are coachable, eager to grow, and able to learn the Jimmy John's menu quickly for testing.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in food industry.
• Good coach to develop team.
• Coachable and adaptable to feedback.
• Experience handling customer and employee issues.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, confident and outgoing.
• Able to memorize the Jimmy John's menu within 30 days and pass test.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain and foster Company Culture.
• Prep and make sandwiches (pull meat, prepare veggies, bake bread).
