Job summary

Atlas Franchise is seeking an Assistant Manager to guide the team, learn the ropes to advance, and assist in running daily operations at Jimmy John’s locations. Provide best-in-class customer service while preparing sandwiches and maintaining a positive store atmosphere.

You will train staff, ensure safety and cleanliness, and help recruit and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting. This full-time role offers benefits including vacation, sick time, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• Must have at least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry
• Must be a good coach to develop team
• Must be coachable
• Must have experience in dealing with customer and employee issues
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
• Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test
