Atlas Franchise, a Jimmy John’s franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to guide the team, run daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will learn the ropes to advance and help maintain a high-energy, customer-first environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, team leadership, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced setting. This full-time position is eligible for benefits including vacation, sick time, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team, preferably in food.
• Strong coaching and people-development skills.
• Coachable with a positive attitude.
• Experience handling customer and employee issues.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing.
• Ability to memorize Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures.
