Job summary

Atlas Franchise is seeking an Assistant Manager to help guide the team and manage daily operations for Jimmy John’s. You will focus on delivering fast, friendly service while maintaining quality and efficiency.

The role requires you to learn the menu, coach staff, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• 18+ age required.
• At least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in food.
• Must be a good coach to develop team.
• Must be coachable.
• Experience dealing with customer and employee issues.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing.
• Able to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test.
