Atlas Franchise in Phoenix is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead the team, oversee daily operations, and help deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced Jimmy John's environment.

You will train staff, manage shifts, ensure food safety, and maintain store cleanliness while upholding our company culture.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers benefits including vacation, sick time, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• At least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry.
• Must be a good coach to develop team.
• Must be coachable.
• Must have experience in dealing with customer and employee issues.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing.
• Ability to memorize the Jimmy John's menu within 30 days and pass the test.
