Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• At least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in food service
• Must be coachable and able to handle customer and employee issues
• Energetic, enthusiastic, confident and outgoing
• Able to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test

Responsibilities
