Atlas Franchise, a Jimmy John’s franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to guide the team, learn the ropes, and help run daily operations. You will provide top-tier service, coach staff, and contribute to a positive store culture.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer satisfaction, and ongoing development, with responsibilities across food prep, safety, and shift leadership. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• At least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry.
• Good coach to develop the team.
• Coachable and able to handle customer and employee issues.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing.
• Memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test.

Responsibilities
