Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, seeks an energetic Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food delivered promptly in a clean, inviting environment.

As part of the Operations Team, you will supervise staff, coordinate with the District Manager, and help maintain high standards while promoting a welcoming, family-oriented dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Rotation shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
