Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, timely service. The role works with the District Manager to uphold standards, train staff, and manage schedules in a fast-paced environment.

We value self-starters who lead teams, demonstrate strong problem solving, and provide exceptional guest service in a busy setting. Location: El Paso, TX.

Qualifications

• 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a restaurant or high-volume setting.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent with required documents.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily restaurant activities and maintain standards.
• Create and manage staff schedules and training.
• Recruit, hire, and orient new team members.
• Coach and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment care, and safety.
• Maintain health inspections and safety standards.
• Set a welcoming, family-friendly tone in the restaurant.
