Job summary

Goddess and the Baker is seeking a dedicated leader to assist the General Manager in planning and directing restaurant operations across marketing, sales, accounting, and admin tasks. You will help manage front-of-house duties, guest relations, scheduling, and inventory while ensuring a high standard of service.

The role emphasizes staff training, cost controls, and collaboration with the GM to meet weekly goals and maintain operational excellence in a busy dining environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior restaurant management experience required.
• Valid Food Handlers Certification.

Responsibilities

• Know the GAB mission and execute it.
• Welcome guests using the 10-4 rule and drive guest satisfaction.
• Act as Guest Services Coordinator during peak periods.
• Monitor daily sales vs. forecast and manage labor costs.
• Train, motivate, and schedule staff with Shift Leads.
• Maintain inventories, prepare catering proposals, and ensure invoicing.
