Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Corpus Christi, TX to support daily operations and ensure friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work closely with the General Manager to lead a small team, manage staff schedules, hire and train personnel, and uphold health and safety standards while fostering a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service setting.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
