Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required documents per state/federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent problem solving and customer-service oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; ensure health and safety standards.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and oversee operational routines.
• Set a welcoming, fun family environment and ensure excellent guest service.
