Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver friendly service, and ensure great food in a clean, inviting environment. You will support the General Manager, manage staff schedules, and promote a positive guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and teamwork, with opportunities for internal promotion based on performance. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service (if stated).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Support health and safety inspections and uphold standards.
