You will work with the General Manager and District Manager to uphold standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service (preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Driver's license in good standing with access to transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staffing schedules.
