You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance feedback, while driving profitability and maintaining brand standards. This role requires flexibility for varied shifts and a passion for guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire teams.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in partnership with the Restaurant General Manager.
• Manage shifts, cash handling, and administrative duties.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Coach, train, and develop crew members and shift leads.
• Monitor financials: sales, costs, and labor for profitability.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
