The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, training, and collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Supervise and develop crew and shift leaders, manage scheduling and staffing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Assist with financial tracking, sales, inventory, and labor costs.
