Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in restaurant or retail (QSR preferred)
• Ability to lead 10+ team members per shift
• Experience with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
• Knowledge of restaurant practices, concepts and procedures
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established training programs
• Guide and lead a 10+ person team per shift toward success
• Enforce policies, procedures, and controls
• Assist Sr. Management with daily shift planners and checklists
• Communicate new information and procedures to staff
• Use the Management Communication Log across shifts
• Assist with development and training of staff
• Aim to achieve sales targets
• Identify revenue areas and strategies to impact sales
• Support advertising, HR, and training materials
• Manage direct expenses
• Support a balanced corporate structure and family culture
