Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support team members to build skills and capabilities.
• Maintain BK brand standards, drive guest satisfaction, and manage safety and cleanliness.
