Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators to sustain quality, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Partner with the RGM to deliver operational excellence and strong guest satisfaction.
• Support profitability through inventory monitoring, orders, assets and cash control.
• Develop a hands-on, disciplined leadership approach and drive team performance.
