Job summary

Carrols Corporation is hiring a Burger King® Assistant Manager to help drive restaurant performance and develop a high‑performing team. You will partner with the RGM to achieve guest satisfaction, quality, and financial results.

You’ll lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Expect growth opportunities and a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and keeping the team energized.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and growth.
• Maintain BK brand standards and lead with hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and ensuring cash control.
