Border Foods LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee and a family‑oriented employer, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Marshfield, Wisconsin. You will oversee restaurant operations and lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service and quality food.

We value accountability, integrity, teamwork and development. This non-exempt role requires flexibility (early mornings, evenings, weekends) and a minimum of 1 year in food service; scheduling is designed to be people-friendly with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position with a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ensure health and safety standards and cash handling policies are followed.
