Job summary

Border Foods, a large Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Wisconsin to lead the restaurant team and uphold our Core Values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork and Empowerment.

The role oversees the entire restaurant operation, builds a strong team, and ensures guests enjoy safe, high-quality food and a welcoming experience while supporting career growth and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; 50 hours per week minimum.
• ServeSafe certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the full restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
• Maintain food safety, labor and cash handling standards.
• Coach and guide team members to meet performance expectations.
