Job summary

Pilot Flying J in Hebron, Indiana is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and lead a fast-paced travel-center dining operation with a focus on guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and safety.

You will step in for the GM, coach and train team members, assign daily tasks, and create a positive work environment while ensuring efficient service and high standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent team leadership and customer service skills.
• Demonstrate integrity and accountability at the managerial level.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager
• Assist GM in selecting, coaching, training and developing Team Members
• Direct and assign work to Team Members
• Create a positive work environment for team members
• Expedite food service and assist with food preparation
• Ensure high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment
