Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce core values and lead restaurant operations. You will oversee the entire restaurant, build a strong team, and ensure customers receive great food with a friendly experience.

Responsibilities include managing shifts, coaching staff, and adhering to health, safety, and cash-handling standards, while pursuing growth within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong team.
• Ensure great food and a friendly guest experience.

• Monitor cash handling and ensure accuracy.
