Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our CORE values and drive a safe, welcoming restaurant environment in Sioux Falls. You will lead the operation of the entire restaurant, build a strong team, and ensure customers enjoy great food with a friendly experience.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in restaurant/retail, experience with sales, P&L, and training, and a willingness to work varied hours. DEA management expectations: 50+ hours per week, ServeSafe certified.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; schedule may change.
• Non-exempt management position; 50+ hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the restaurant and build a strong team.

• Lead and coach Team Members and Shift Leaders to meet standards.
