Job summary

Zaxby’s in Orange City, FL is hiring for a fast-paced, management role focused on delivering excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include staff development, training, order accuracy, cash handling, and maintaining a clean dining area. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a minimum of 9 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave.
• Explain menu items and upsell additional items.
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions.
• Enter guest orders into the POS system.
• Handle cash payments and balance tills.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Stock paper goods, condiments, and beverages.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Lead a team and coach performance.
