Job summary

Zaxby's in Tampa, FL is seeking a hard-working restaurant manager to lead daily operations, supervise a diverse team, and deliver memorable guest experiences. This role requires a flexible schedule with nights and weekends, and prior restaurant management or leadership potential is preferred.

You will complete Zaxby’s Manager Development Plan, train staff, explain menu items, manage cash handling and POS, ensure cleanliness and safety, and drive promotion awareness while maintaining food quality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Must have open availability, nights and weekends.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must submit to a criminal background check and successfully complete the Manager Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise shifts.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Greet guests, thank them, and promote current promotions.
