Job summary

Zaxby’s in Tennessee is seeking talented restaurant management personnel to lead a fast-paced, fast-casual environment. The role requires a flexible schedule with nights and weekends, and a strong emphasis on guest experience and teamwork.

You will oversee front-of-house and kitchen staff, manage labor costs, ensure quality standards, balance tills, and train team members through hands-on development to drive a welcoming, high-performance operation.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks.
• Inventory management: the management of food costs.
• Ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks and checklists are being completed correctly.
• Hiring and scheduling staff to provide quality guest experience while managing labor expense.
• Ensure that daily cash drawers, safe and credit cards are balanced.
• Operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goal.
• Ensure that all product quality standards are met.
• Create an environment of quality within your store.
• Lead a team well and coach the performance of others.
