Qualifications

• Hire, onboard and develop staff and provide coaching as needed
• Ensure friendly, enthusiastic service and guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment and manage equipment
• Assist General Managers to meet goals and standards in all areas
• Control food and labor costs and manage daily sales reporting
• Foster teamwork and resolve staff or guest disputes professionally
