Job summary

Border Foods LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team in our Taco Bell franchise. You will reinforce core values and ensure safe, friendly guest experiences.

This non-exempt management role requires at least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience, ServeSafe certification, and the ability to work 50 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings and some holidays. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the restaurant and build a strong team that provides great food and a friendly experience.
• Lead scheduling and deployment of the team while ensuring standards are met.
• Drive a quality customer experience with fast and friendly service.
• Uphold health, safety, and cash handling policies and training.
