Job summary

OTTO is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running day-to-day restaurant operations. You will help supervise staff, ensure food quality, sanitation, and safety, and coordinate training and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum restaurant supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities needed.

• Flexible schedule including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with overall restaurant operations.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and inventory control.
• Assist with scheduling, staff training, and performance management.
• Address customer complaints and ensure quality, safety and sanitation standards.
• Prepare operational reports and handle administrative duties.
