Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee in Corpus Christi, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food. You’ll work with the District Manager and team to uphold standards and procedures, promoting a welcoming restaurant environment.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced setting, plus prior Assistant Manager experience, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and full documentation per state/federal law.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee restaurant activities and ensure quality service.
• Create and manage staff schedules and conduct training.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and maintain team relations.
• Uphold food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Ensure health inspections and standards are met.
• Maintain a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
