You will assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring food quality and safety, while collaborating with the General Manager and district leaders.

This role requires leadership in a high-volume setting and a commitment to guest satisfaction in a busy, family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume service concept preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, including Thanksgiving and Christmas if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility standards.
