Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume foodservice environment.
• Must be flexible to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Oversee coaching, counseling and development of staff; ensure health and safety standards.
