Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchise, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations with a focus on friendly service, great food, and a clean, inviting environment.

You are a self-motivated leader with at least 1 year of assistant management in high-volume food service, able to work rotating shifts, have a valid driver's license, and oversee staff. Training and internal promotions are based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train and orient new team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Support health and safety inspections and standards compliance.
• Set a positive tone for a fun, family-friendly restaurant environment.
