Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations. You will ensure friendly, personalized service and great food delivered promptly in a clean, welcoming environment.

In this role you will supervise staff, schedule shifts, assist with financial controls, and uphold health and safety standards. A track record in fast-paced food service and strong leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules and training.
• Interview, hire, and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling and equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to health and safety inspections and standards.
• Set a positive tone for a fun, family environment.
