Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Fairburn, GA to support daily restaurant operations and guest service. The role partners with the General Manager to maintain standards, train staff, and ensure a welcoming, efficient service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of assistant management experience in high-volume food service, flexible shifts, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with private transportation access.
• High School diploma or equivalent plus required documents per state/federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure health and safety inspections meet standards.
• Set a fun, family environment tone in the restaurant.
