Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in Powder Springs, GA, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily operations and deliver friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

The role partners with the District Manager and team to maintain standards, develop staff, schedule shifts, and ensure health and safety compliance, with opportunities for internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Meet health and safety inspections and standards.
