Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food delivered promptly in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work with the District Manager and team, lead a fast‑paced crew, and help maintain standards, schedules, and guest satisfaction. This role includes training and opportunities for internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent, with required state/federal documents.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and budgets.
• Create and manage staff schedules and coverage.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Help ensure health and safety inspections meet standards.
• Set a positive tone for a fun, family restaurant atmosphere.
