Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in Elberton, GA is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensure friendly service, great food, and a clean environment. You will work closely with the General Manager and team to meet standards and guest expectations.

We provide training for management goals, potential for internal promotions based on performance, and a dynamic team in a busy, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant daily operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set a positive, friendly environment in the restaurant.
