Under the General Manager, you will oversee shifts, schedule staff, train and orient new team members, and maintain financial controls while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent with documents required by state & federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
