The position emphasizes training, coaching, and operational excellence to sustain quality service. As a supervisor, you’ll manage onboarding, scheduling, and performance, while directing daily restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Review inventory to inform product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create schedules and onboard new team members.
• Implement plans addressing employee needs and assessments.
