You will help deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment, reporting to the General Manager and coordinating with the District Manager.

The role emphasizes team leadership, training, scheduling, and maintaining health and safety standards in a fast‑paced setting, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high‑volume food service setting.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day‑to‑day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team.
• Coach and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
