Ayvaz Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting setting.

You will lead and train a team, manage staff schedules, and partner with the District Manager to uphold high standards and operational procedures. A strong customer service focus and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
