You will work closely with the General Manager and team to uphold operational standards, train staff, manage schedules, and ensure health, safety, and quality controls. Strong leadership and customer service mindset are essential for success in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.
