Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Franchisee of Pizza Hut, seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

You will support the General Manager, help manage staff schedules, interviewing and onboarding, and uphold health and safety standards while leading a motivated team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service is preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays; closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Hire, train and orientate team; coach, counsel and develop staff.
