Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food delivered promptly in a clean, inviting setting.

You will work with the General Manager and District Manager to maintain standards, train staff, and lead a fast-paced team while upholding safety and guest satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role in Silver City, NM, with competitive perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections are met.
