Job summary

Wendy's in New Haven seeks an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to support service culture and daily operations. You will train teams, execute huddles, and coach staff to consistently delight customers and exceed service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising scheduling, food safety, and merchandising to drive sales and OSAT scores while maintaining brand standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
• Three years of restaurant management experience (Preferred).
• ServSafe certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain composure, professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitors and reinforce food safety procedures per policy.
• Lead huddles, coach staff and drive customer service excellence.
• Create and manage schedules to ensure proper labor coverage.
• Coach and develop managers and crew to exceed customer expectations.
• Drive selling culture, OSAT improvement and sales growth.
• Monitor VOC feedback and address issues with GM input.
