YCH Wendy’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead by example in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will oversee daily operations, ensure food quality and safety, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You’ll coach team members, run shifts, and partner with the General Manager to meet goals. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a restaurant or customer service role are required; supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role.
• Leadership: Supervisory experience preferred.
