Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required/preferred.
• Three years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification knowledge preferred.
• Ability to train others in Wendy's systems and programs.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures per policies and health regulations.
• Coach and retrain managers as needed and with GM/District Manager support.
• Lead team huddles, manager meetings and staff communications to drive service quality.
• Develop and communicate DOP and labor scheduling to ensure proper coverage.
• Drive sales growth through customer service excellence and OSAT goals.
• Analyze customer feedback and respond with corrective actions.
